unreal that this is a free game. looks super polished, the dialogue flows nicely, the art is fantastic, the soundtrack fits well, fully exceeded all expectations that the trailer set. thank you devs for this labor of love!
I haven't played this yet, but I had seen previews on Twitter, and it's so hopeful that in a world of AI slop, the fandom girlies/gays/theys are still coming together to make really wonderful projects!! Big props to this dev team :)

Amazing groundbreaking work! I invited a friend over for dinner + playing this game and we had a total blast! She stayed late into the night so we could finish up the week together.
Just got around to playing it today and might I say I'm addicted. The writing was amazing, the art was stunning, I loved the different fonts and adored the music. There is honestly nothing about it that I did not like. Kept having to pause at moments to fangirl and giggle at whatever was going on. Once I started I had to finish in one go. This is the kind of game that I see myself returning to once in a while to play over and over again.
I would absolutely recommend it for anyone who wishes to play. 100/10.
absolutely loved this!! if you had told me i would be playing a dating sim/relationship sim with old fart cardinals, i would only slightly believe you bc this was an absolute delight and a beautiful way to explore the characters <33
I love this so, SO much. I work in visual novels professionally and frankly this is more complexly programmed, better looking, and more compelling than a huge number of titles on the retail market.
I really thought that this would just be a fun short game for me to play after watching the movie but now I'm locked. in. and want to get all the endings HAHHAAH this is so good !! Im just losing my mind trying to figure out how to get benitez's good ending because after I got 5 hearts with him one day, it went down by half the next!! But I will try again tomorrow!!!! i just got five hearts with him on my run! it might have to do with maybe missing a day of not seeing him? :o same thing happened to me with bellini and agnes but after following up with them the next time i got the chance, that fixed it :) i assume thats how the mechanic works at least haha
I'm trying to play on my school's laptop and can't turn off the Windows defender which is preventing me to play. Does someone know if there's a way to get through this? I need to admire my beloved Benitez sigh sigh
Hi! Windows defender keeps identifying the game as malware and auto deleting specifically the game application from the folder. It's weird, bc it was perfectly fine last night and started doing this when I tried to boot the game this evening. I made an exception for it in defender which is letting it run for now (fingers crossed it sticks and doesn't revert), but I thought you'd want to know.
for mac, after trying and failing to open the game: go to your computer System Preferences > Confidentiality and Security > "open anyway" :) (for other computers i don't know)
Goes to show I can get everyone to hate me easily, but I can't convince Benitez to even get close to one heart !!! Bless him but im trying to be a completionist here!!!

HIII i loved the game so much!! but i have a problem... i reached 5 hearts with everyone and listened to all the heartfelt confessions, but the confession with Pope Innocent never popped up and i ended with a neutral ending with him + no achievement... idk what did i do wrong :((( i had his confession in my first gameplay so i cant figure it out
Runs with no problems on Linux Ubuntu for me (thank you for making a Linux version!).
I am having a blast with this. I love the music, the fonts/typography and the sprites are so cool and detailed. This is an impressive piece of work, kudos to you. Thank you for making and sharing it!
You can select the file and right click > Open; the first time it will block it from running, but if you click Cancel and try it again, on the second try it will ask if you're sure and then let you open it :)
I got around this by opening it from the finder app using the left click small menu, which makes the application an exception to usual security protocols, if anyone else has this problem

I love this already! I love all the little details like how each character has a different typing sound associated with them.
Opening this on MacOS gives an error claiming that Apple cannot trust the developer, so it cannot be opened :( at least on my end
